Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 93ok ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 93ok website located at https://93ok.io and all associated services, games, features, and content made available through the platform.

Account Registration

One Account Policy: Each individual person is permitted to hold only one active account on the 93ok platform at any given time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether through the same or different mobile numbers, email addresses, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 93ok employs automated and manual processes to detect multiple accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts other than the first registered will be closed and any balances may be forfeited at 93ok's sole discretion.

Betting & Gaming Rules

These rules govern the validity, settlement, and payment of all bets and must be read in conjunction with these Terms.

For sports betting, including cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, and other tournaments, the following general rules apply:

Account Suspension & Termination

93ok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or at the player's own request.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by email or through their registered contact details. During a suspension period, the player may not deposit funds, place bets, or withdraw their balance until the investigation is concluded.

Where an account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms, 93ok will determine at its sole discretion whether any remaining balance is returned to the player, taking into account the nature of the breach and any financial harm caused to the platform or other players. Any bonuses or winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited in full.
